February 12th is approaching fast! We want to remind everyone that we have a special rates with the hotel for 5 days either side of the day of the event.

The last day to register with the hotel for these special rates is January 9th. Only 10 days! If you are planning on attending and haven’t yet made a reservation, we encourage to make your reservation before the rates expire.

Again, if a room is not shown as an option, please let us know and we’d be happy to add it for you!
